Do you notice your energy levels throughout the day? Research has shown us time and time again that a natural circadian rhythm makes you more focused and less distracted. Your circadian rhythm is an internal clock that is influenced by the sun and light sources we receive throughout the day. This is why it’s a good rule to power off any devices before bed. Your brain understands that the day is over and so does your smart home.
The National Institute of General Medical Sciences defines circadian rhythm as the “physical, mental, and behavioral changes that follow a daily cycle. They respond primarily to light and darkness in an organism’s environment. Sleeping at night and being awake during the day is an example of a light-related circadian rhythm.”
Incorporating a Smart Circadian Rhythm means your RGBW Smart Bulb or CCT Z-Wave Lights will change hue throughout the day based on the location of the sun in your specific region
