Yes, this switch can work in multi-way setups. We recommend purchasing the Add-On switch for the best performance: Add-On (Aux) Switch.
If used in a non-neutral setting, you will not be able to have Power Monitoring, you must use an Add-On / Aux switch in a multi-way setting and you will have to purchase a bypass to install at the light fixture.
No, this switch will not work with either exhaust and ceiling fans.
