Aeotec has partnered with SmartThings (created by Samsung) so that you can use the Samsung SmartThings App, which is one of the most user friendly smart home apps in the market.
Group your favorite smart home products together and turn them on/off with scenes. An example would be: when you arrive home, your interior lights turn on and your thermostat turns to 68. Take it a step further by adding Samsung appliances and get notified when your laundry and dishes are done.
Use Your Favorite Inovelli Devices.
The Aeotec Smart Home Hub powered by SmartThings is the perfect way to unlock all of the advanced features of your Inovelli devices.
Choose any Red, White or Blue Series device and pair it to your Aeotec hub and setup some of the most advanced automations you can think of. Or simply set your lights to turn on at a certain time.
From simple to complex, the SmartThings hub can handle it. In fact, our CEO uses SmartThings in his house and has since 2018.
I've been on SmartThings for over 4 years. I have Inovelli switches in a house we bought in 2020. They all work great, actually better on the new platform than they did originally. I've got about 275 devices in my environment right now on two hubs, I have a V2 and V3 hub running everything. The app is way better, the drivers are stable and almost everything runs locally now.
