Order Processing Times

After an order is placed, please allow 2 business days for fulfillment, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic & International Shipping Options

We currently ship to the United States, its outlying territories, and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping beyond Canada at this time. Available shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Please note that we do not offer overnight or 2-day delivery options.

Note: Canadian orders shipped via UPS will incur additional brokerage fees upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $250 to the United States and its outlying territories. This offer does not extend to Canadian orders, where standard shipping rates will apply.

Local Delivery Options

At this time, we do not offer local delivery options.

Potential Service Interruptions

Delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or other disruptions. While the checkout page may provide estimated delivery dates, these should be treated as estimates only, and we do not guarantee these dates. No refunds will be given for orders that arrive after the estimated date.

Please note that Shopify does not currently allow us to communicate these potential delays on the checkout page and we apologize for this inconvenience.

Order Tracking Details

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. You can track your shipment through the Shop app or directly via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system, as there may be a delay in the pickup and scanning of your package.
