FAQs

Yes, this switch requires a hub or gateway that supports Zigbee.

Yes, this switch can work in multi-way setups. However, unlike our other smart switches, this one does not support using a, "dumb" (existing) switch on one end. Instead, you must purchase an Add-On (Aux) Switch.

If used in a non-neutral setting, you will not be able to have Power Monitoring. In addition, you will not be able to use the High setting on your ceiling fan (only Low and Medium) and you will not be able to use it on your exhaust fan.

If you have a neutral wire, this switch will work with both a ceiling and exhaust fan. If you do not have a neutral wire, it will only work with a ceiling fan (low/med speed only).
